"We were greeted promptly upon arrival. The staff were friendly and informative. Our room was comfortable and clean. The mattress was comfortable, which made it easy to get a good night of sleep. The breakfast was pretty good. They had waffles, biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage/bacon, bread for toast, bagels, yougart w/toppings, hard boiled eggs, 3 kinds of cereal, coffee, milk, and juice. "This is a really nice hotel. There’s a bit of wear and tear here and there, but my room was so spacious and smelled so fresh and clean without heavy perfumes. I’ve got horrible allergies so I’ve been known to actually leave a hotel if I can’t breathe in the room. The towels were spanking clean and smelled good. The bedding was the same. The free breakfast wasn’t anything special and it was so crowed in that little “dining room” with people that I just grabbed an apple and orange and left. I...

"We picked the hotel because it was pet friendly and in downtown Forf Smith. The hotel was great, it was clean, good service and had a bar onsite. The only downside is that downtown Fort Smith is not the greatest area. But the hotel is by the convention center. "
