"The hotel does not provide free parking. Valet is $30 per day just to park your car. Free parking down street is very inconvenient to load & unload luggage at the hotel.."

"It was very clean and the staff members were all very friendly and welcoming. Our room was also quiet and the beds and pillows were comfortable. I did notice some frayed edges in the carpet near the elevators on our floor, and the bottom edge of the door in our bathroom looked like it had been water damaged at some point in the past. The bathtub also had a large worn spot in the enamel that collected water. But, I was impressed with how clean everything was, in spite of these small signs of wear...

"This will probably be my go-to hotel when in Hot Springs. Only one complaint, the room was noisy. We could hear noise from the room above late into evening and early in the morning. Room was very clean. Staff was excellent. Location was perfect. Great shuttle service. "

"An awesome room, very comfortable king size bed, the shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. After a late arrival and a good night’s sleep we left our luggage at the front desk while enjoying breakfast and time with friends. Then after an amazing lunch we left to do some shopping before heading home."

"We decided to take a last minute trip and had to find a hotel quickly. The price was great and the quality is awesome. The only thing I found strange that they asked for a $60 dollar deposit that was refundable at check out. I’ve never had that happen before. "
