"The hotel advertised check in at 3pm. We arrived at 3pm and were told no rooms were ready. After about 30 minutes we received a room after we had to wait for someone else who came in after us to check in and get their room first. Upon arrival we asked Jenn at the front desk if we can do late checkout at 1pm. She said that would be fine. They came to our room around noon and asked were we checking out. They asked us when we were in the lobby if we'd be gone by 1. We reminded them we were doing...
