"This place is a hidden gem, aside from the place being nice and clean, staff are very welcoming as well as the manager. Food has not much selection but you can request what you want their staff is very accomodating.the place is not for those who are looking for night life though unless you have a car to drive 30 minutes to Moalboal but that’s not what I came here for.. "Long way from things, if you want to be away from others it’s great, but if you didn’t drive, book closer to busy area. Staff charged $20 for ride to McDonald’s and back to the resort..Ended up being $30 for McDonald’s, "

"Overall experience could have been great except that we personally don't like is that the property was beside/across or near cemetery and a funeral parlor/home. Another, the In-property parking is only good for 3 cars. The fourth car has to move in and out when the other 3 cars has/have to get out. Also, the bathroom shower needs to improve its water volume and pressure. We had the experience where the receptionist still collected us a cash payment even if we already fully paid the...

"I booked a twin room (that also said queen bed on the booking) and was given a small double bed. When I went to request a change the reception was already closed. The bathroom is so small and only a small amount of water comes from the shower."

"Service is convenient as the attendant is also the cook. Less hassle if your tired and just wanted to eat inside the house. I feel comfort during my stay because im the only person who stay that night though the condition is not well, but its still okay because when i stayed at B room only fan is available. The area is quite and beautiful overview. I would still recommend this to my family, friends and those who plan to stay for a night beacuse its a budget friendly. "

"We loved staying here! The room was perfect and it’s located right by the pool! The pictures are very accurate. We rented a car so it made coming and going easy. Others reviewed that they didn’t like it being outside of town, but when we visited the town we were thrilled with our location at Casa de MoalBoal. The town is very cramped and dirty, so it was lovely coming home to a fresh, clean, and relaxing atmosphere. The free breakfast was always good. We also snorkeled just out front. "

"The hotel and staff were great, the gym was amazing, and the surrounding area by Ayala and IT park made it a great location. My wife and I stayed here for 26 days during our trip and it felt like home. We are planning another trip to Cebu and Manila and I plan on staying here again for another 30 days."

"I enjoyed my stay here and the staff are amazing. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and air conditioning is working properly. You get free 2 bottles of water everyday. Prices for food and drinks are almost American prices but you can always stock-up on drinks. You can buy the drinks outside and bring it to the room. You have refrigerator in the room. The food is decent some are very good and some are ok. The restaurant staff especially to Hiroshi, Rachel and Efren made my stay extra special. I would go back there again because of their great service. The grounds are immaculate and infinity pool is so pretty pair it with a beautiful sunset at night. They offer free shuttles to go to Nustar and Ayala/Robinsons. The beach area is a nice place to lay down but I don’t trust the seawater on that side. I saw some fish in there but I never swim. The location is far from Cebu and the traffic can get really bad in the bridge, Mandaue and the main island. So, you have to time on when you want to go somewhere. You can also pay for a day use or eat at nearby hotels if you get bored here. I highly recommend this place and I will go back here next year with my family. "
