"The room we had was seriously bare bones. Bed and a fan. A/C was extra even though Expedia said A/C was included. Shower was barely a trickle. We were only there for one night in transit, so it was all we needed. For a longer stay I would see if there were rooms with more amenities."

"This place is a hidden gem, aside from the place being nice and clean, staff are very welcoming as well as the manager. Food has not much selection but you can request what you want their staff is very accomodating.the place is not for those who are looking for night life though unless you have a car to drive 30 minutes to Moalboal but that’s not what I came here for.. "

"Overall experience could have been great except that we personally don't like is that the property was beside/across or near cemetery and a funeral parlor/home. Another, the In-property parking is only good for 3 cars. The fourth car has to move in and out when the other 3 cars has/have to get out. "We loved staying here! The room was perfect and it’s located right by the pool! The pictures are very accurate. We rented a car so it made coming and going easy. Others reviewed that they didn’t like it being outside of town, but when we visited the town we were thrilled with our location at Casa de MoalBoal. The town is very cramped and dirty, so it was lovely coming home to a fresh, clean, and relaxing atmosphere. The free breakfast was always good. We also snorkeled just out front. "

"+Great location , sea and view literally outside room, roomy , friendly family . - I felt the room isn't described accurately as my room was a home stay and not a private chalet / room as you have to go through owners living room/ kithchen to go outside every you leave and i wasnt sure if this was communal or not ? I used their kitchen to make hot drinks as surprisingly there was no kettle in room , no desk , or fridge and for the money paid in comparison to other places i felt there...
