"Location was good, straight of the bat when i arrived que out the door for elevators as they have 4 elevators.. 1 is service one. 2 working and 1 was just not working.. all elevators need to be working for a 50 storey building. 2) pool area is nice but only 1 sun lounge needs 3) room where clean and cosy 4) front desk staff was average due to being non filipino. "

"We had a hard time getting in to the property. Keypad not working . Took us about an hour to finally get someone to help us . They had to find another property coz the keypad still not working. Ended up with a new place with no WiFi access the whole stay. There was no garbage can in the unit as well . Overall not recommendable. "

"갑자기 가게 된 여행이라 다소 비싸게 예약한 점을 감안라더라도 만족스럽지 못한 숙소였습니다. 건물의 외관과는 다르게 룸 컨디션은 전체적으로 좋지 않았습니다. 에어컨에서 계속 이상한 냄새가 나고, 청소를 안해 먼지가 가득합니다. 세탁기가 작동돼 사용하긴 했지만 내부 오염탓인지 옷이 변색돼고 오염물이 묻어나왔습니다. 특히 불편했던 점은 옷장이나 옷걸이가 전혀 없어 옷을 둘 곳이 없습니다. 제공되는 타월은 두 개 뿐이므로 세탁해 쓰거나 따로 챙겨가야 합니다. 반면 적게나마 좋은 부분은 스텝들이 친절했고 체크인과 체크아웃도 원활했습니다. 위치는 아얄라몰이 바로 옆에 있어 편리하고 이동하기에는 최적이라 생각됩니다. 안타깝지만 다시는 이용하지 않을 것 같습니다. 호스트는 여러 가지를 개선하셔야 할 것 같습니다."

"I got charged twice for same room payed for it on expedia than they told me there not using them anymore so i had no choice but to pay then cash for some room i thought i already payed for i asked them why they havent taken there ad off Expedia they say its advertisements but i havent got reimbursed yet! The whole building is very old and not taken care of and stinks "

"The rooms are small. The only sink is the kitchen sink which I hit my head on the cabinets brushing my teeth. No mirror or shelf in the shower room. Only 10 TV shows on cable and all are non English speaking channels. But great location. Located with in walking distance of SM city Mall and Ariya mall. Lion food store with in walking distance also. "

"The location is conveniently close to our meeting venue and easy to reach for Grab drivers. The food is good, and the hotel overall is clean and well-maintained. We appreciated the complimentary water, welcome snacks, and the thoughtful welcome letter it added a special touch. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We’ll definitely come back and stay again on our next trip."
