The photos on the website showed a clean, modern, and welcoming environment, but the reality was starkly different. Upon entering my room, I was immediately struck by the state of the carpet. This was a significant letdown, as the online pictures had depicted a pristine and well-kept space. The bathroom was equally problematic. The towels provided were dingy and felt unclean, adding to the overall sense of discomfort. In addition to the poor room conditions, the Wi-Fi connection was weak and unreliable, which was a major inconvenience for someone trying to work during their stay. Overall, my stay at Royal Spa was far below expectations. The discrepancy between the online presentation and the actual condition of the hotel was significant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay."
