"Beautiful, spacious property. Practical Details for Americans: they have a water kettle not a coffee pot, so purchase instant or bag coffee before you come, not beans or ground. They have a washer and dryer. You need to bring pods and be aware, it's a condenser dryer that takes about 2 hours to dry a verysmall load (5-6 items). Be sure to empty the dryer water tank. It's muddy on the property, so bring slippers or alternate shoes plus something to put your shoes in to protect your suitcase....

A special shout out is required, due to a jet lag we kept strange hours the first few days in Galway, the late night team, in particular Jonathan and Tyrese provided outstanding customer service without batting an eye to our strange hours and are the reason we will without a doubt be returning to the Harbour Hotel. "The Snug House is a great jumping off point for exploring Galway as its very conveniently located. The staff was exceptionally friendly and kind and made all the difference at the end of a long travel day when my room was ready early! The rooms are not large, really just a place to sleep at night, but have thoughtful design choices to accommodate luggage storage.
