Nice high-ceiling, eye-catching decor, respectful, accommodating, and professional staff, delicious and well-presented food whether their hot buffet breakfast, or La Meza, 6 of elevators in south tower, lots of night time activities, seem to have an efficient security at the entrance driveway, love the K-9. There was just that sales person/kiosk, I think we’ve received 3 flyers from. Massage is still in-room, and they do not have all the services available yet. So if you plan to use their sauna. "Parts of the building were showing its age, but otherwise a great stay. Friendly staff, very helpful. Greatest thing was the buffet breakfast, variety of food that changes every morning and that the elevators were almost usually empty, do not have to wait around because of full elevators"

Once my kids walked in they knew their exact order. They were so nice to my kids, my kids felt so welcomed and at home. Thank you Alex and Wilson you are the best! "
