Things to note: Trip to and from the airport is a fixed-rate 30Euros (steep for a 2.5 mile ride). It's in a location that is very convenient to the train station, the hotel itself is very clean and nice, the staff friendly and attentive, it was quiet, etc. On the downside, the hotel itself is located on the inside of a mixed-use building. So you have to "buzz" them (but with one quick push of the button, not a sustained push like a true buzzer) like you would for an apartment resident in a big city like New York. "The staff was nice, goos customer service. The rooms were clean and good amenities. However, the location is more “industrial” not so much a walking area which is not too bad. The walls are thin and could hear the people next door even when they were in the bathroom. The hotel overall is nice! Good variety for breakfast. "

"Lots of graffiti everywhere. The Centro part of town has unpaved, narrow, one way streets. Two neighborhood restaurants were excellent and offered very good value. The staff were helpful but at night, the streets were not well lighted. The breakfast buffet was very good with a combination of European and American breakfast items."

"An outstanding hotel, very convenient to the main square of Sorrento and other attractions. Our room was gorgeous, beautiful decor, large and comfortable, with balconies on two sides. The breakfast buffet is amazing, with the ordinary breakfast foods as well as an incredible sweet table.a delightful place to stay in Sorrento! "

"The hotel sits in such a spot, looking over Sorrento. The views are amazing and there’s a shuttle every hour to take you to the town. Our room was with a sea/town view and was clean, spacious and everything we needed. Staff were extremely professional and overall I couldn’t have asked for more "
