"Everyone was just great-kind, more than helpful and generous with their time and organizing transportation for me! I liked everything about the place however the restaurant was not good for dinner. The food for dinner was barely OK-for breakfast it was great, drinks and snacks at the pool were good but honestly for dinner I would avoid. The staff was exceptional in helping me with man6y things and the resort as a whole I highly rate and recommend! "

"Would not let us check in. We called three separate times first letting him know we would be late due to traffic but he would not take the time to listen, he hung up on is every time. Got to the property to try to talk in person and wouldn’t even answer the intercom. Very rude, we were prepared to get charged for late check in too but didn’t make it in the door and had to drive all over to find another place to stay at 10pm. Luckily key club helped us and very friendly 10 mins away. "

"Outstanding room which was well appointed. Friendly staff the restaurant was fantastic and breakfast was a bonus! Near everything! The UNESCO sites the beaches are a few minutes away. Thought this would be a quick sleep and go but was surprised by how great the hotel and area was! "
