"Good location. Room 501 should be avoided as right next to the lift shaft, very very noisy!!!! The shower head was too high for me to reach (5ft 2). The bracket was broken and it hung with water hitting the wall. Not great. No view. Garage was accessed by driving your car into a lift, we had maybe 5cm each side to spare. If you have an extra wise car you will never get in! No bar or restaurant in the evening. "

"We arrived one hour after check-in time ( before midnight) and hostal was closed as they announced me. So, we slept in the car without appropriate clothes and equipment for sleeping in the car. In room we get in the morning at 11:00 am. For good hospitality owner should have been asked us for some surcharge for being later than check-in time, and not leaving us behind the closed door of the hotel. It was not nice feeling at all at the midnight in the town. "

"My experience at this accommodation was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who provided me with the key without any issues, which I appreciate. However, once inside, the contactless key did not work, so I had to ask about it while I had the chance. Fortunately, the key also included a physical option, which allowed me to access the room. "This outfit has several hostals in Salamanca centre. They sent me to a different one from what I had booked. Also thevreception was in a different one again, lots of walking to and fro. And reception open only 5-9 pm . And if you don't have them on WhatsApp you cannot get your entry codes ..."

"The area surrounding the hostel is great, plenty of shops and dining options however check in was a bit tricky but the hostel staff was great at solving my issues. The room is extremely small but warm and clean, my only issue was the size of the bathroom it was complicated to take shower without getting water all over the place. It was good just for a few hours of sleep."
