Okay room when you get there, but shocking access
This outfit has several hostals in Salamanca centre. They sent me to a different one from what I had booked. Also thevreception was in a different one again, lots of walking to and fro. And reception open only 5-9 pm . And if you don't have them on WhatsApp you cannot get your entry codes ...

Poor communications about self check-in
The self check-in is complicated and requires them to send you a bunch of messages from an unpublished number. They sent mine to the wrong number. When I called to correct the problem, I was told over and over again that I had received the messages and then was hung up on. I had to sort the problem on my own. What a waste of time. The place is okay for the price, just basic. But expect to be wasting a lot of time on check-in.

Just a horrible experience with check in that tainted the whole trip. The receptionist did not email any instruction on how to check in at all. When I arrived at the hostel, the door bell button is physically broken (for a while) so I couldn’t even ring the bell. There was no one inside. There was only a sign to call a number or email. I called them and I said I was outside and apparently they wouldn’t let anyone in unless I send a picture of my passport to a WhatsApp number which seems VERY sketchy. The lady hung up on me and then ignore the next 5 calls I called back on. I then had no choice but to email a photo of my passport. No response. And finally when someone else who lives in the building led me inside, I realized there wasn’t even a receptionist inside, and that their office is an 8 min walk away. Finally I just decided to walk over there and get this sorted out after zero response. The receptionist was super rude but I sucked it up because i was traveling for 3 hours already and wanted to rest. The room itself smelled like smoke. It is VERY small. The toilet seat can’t even go all the way up. The towels were very stained. Ugh please avoid.

Es horrible como olía a humo toda la habitación un olor asqueroso, de casi no poder respirar incluso con la ventana abierta horrible. Las camas de 90 cuando seleccione por vuestra página matrimonio, exclusivamente matrimonio. Fatal la verdad no volvería a repetir

LAMENTABLE, NO LO RECOMIENDO
LAMENTABLE! no se lo recomendamos a absolutamente nadie, primeramente el trato del personal que se encarga del alojamiento es absolutamente inapropiado, segundo tal y como mostramos en las imágenes que publicamos en esta reseña este fue el estado en el que nos encontramos la habitación, sin posibilidades de cancelar, ni reclamar a nadie ya que no hay recepción física en el hostal. Llegamos de noche y tuvimos que dormir sobre dos toallas que gracias a Dios nosotros llevamos, porque nos encontramos con la ropa de cama usada y sucia, llena de pelos, al quitarla los colchones eran propios de haberlos recogido de la basura, en el baño el moho de la suciedad salía por todas partes y las cortinas de la bañera se podían mantener de pie solas de la suciedad acumulada que tenían, entre otras muchas cosas. La respuesta del personal que se encarga del hostal ha sido que "tomarían nota de nuestra queja" y que les estábamos faltando el respeto por decirle que nos sentíamos "estafados" por cobrarnos una habitación en ese estado cuando las imágenes con las que venden su estancia son otras completamente.

1. Les coordonnées GPS dans l'appli ne sont pas précises. J'ai dû fait 3 fois le tour du bloc avant de me décider à utiliser Google Map pour trouver l'hôtel. 2. Pour me retrouver devant une porte fermé et un code qui n'était pas en ma possession. En retournant sur l'appli, vois que l'hôtel était supposé m'envoyer un e-mail 48h avant. Qui ne m'a jamais été envoyé (j'ai vérifié les spams). Je vois ensuite que l'accueil est à un autre hôtel. 1km aller-retour avec le sac sur le dos après une longue journée de route. Arrivé devant l'autre hôtel : porte fermée. La réception de cet hôtel n'est ouvert que du mercredi au samedi. On était mardi. Il y avait un contact sur whatsapp. Donc ceux qui n'ont pas internet, tant pis pour eux. Je contacte l'hôtel sur whatsapp en lui expliquant la situtation, pas un mot d'excuse (ce qui m'aurait suffit), au lieu de ça, il cherche à avoir le dernier mot, quitte à blâmer hotel.com (qui n'avait rien à voir avec le sujet) et en me bassinant avec ses "vous n'aviez qu'à vous enregistrer online" (j'aurais bien aimé, mais vous ne m'avez pas envoyé le lien...) Une fois tout réglé, je tombe sur d'autres personnes qui avaient réussi à pénétrer dans l'immeuble mais qui semblaient tout aussi désemparées que moi. 3. Le rideau de douche est moisi. 4. La seule prise de la chambre est juste au dessus de l'oreiller. Donc bien, sûr, j'ai arraché mon câble USB en rechargeant mon téléphone pour la nuit. 5. Jamais vu une chambre aussi moche. Fuyez.
