"This was a horrible hotel stay, there wasn't even hand soap and the room smell. The room we booked was still under construction and there was no management on site. Super nosy so it ruin our Bali experience. Our group of girls had our rooms split and I learned that we over paid. "I, like many, am a Covid-19 victim. Sadly unable to stay due to the cancellation of flights and the wedding I was attending. The Hotel have made it possible for me to get a refund on my non-refundable booking. Thank you so much I am so grateful. I will definitely be booking with you when we can travel to beautiful Bali. "The rooms were comfortable but didn't realize the first floor bathrooms would be open to nature. We found a frog in our bathroom one morning and the last morning found a lizard in our bathtub. I'm all for nature but outside of my room. Otherwise the rooms were comfortable and enjoyed the privacy of the our own pool and common area."

"The property is poorly managed and maintained. The room is dirty. All towels and cups have many dirty spots. The lock on the door as well as many lights in the room have broken. No one came to fix them even after repeated requests. Very bad experience and we never would return there."
