"The staff was very friendly. The room was in terrible shape, but the bed was comfy and the ac worked. We stayed in the suit. The bedroom area is open to the living room. Most of the furniture was damaged (or missing as per the photos). The bathroom sinks somehow both leaked onto the floor and clogged. The towel rack fell off the wall. The bath tap was dangling from the wall. The floors were very damaged. The towels and sheets were not very clean (def not bleached, often had stains).

"The rooms were comfortable but didn't realize the first floor bathrooms would be open to nature. We found a frog in our bathroom one morning and the last morning found a lizard in our bathtub. I'm all for nature but outside of my room. Otherwise the rooms were comfortable and enjoyed the privacy of the our own pool and common area."

"The property is poorly managed and maintained. The room is dirty. All towels and cups have many dirty spots. The lock on the door as well as many lights in the room have broken. No one came to fix them even after repeated requests. Very bad experience and we never would return there."
