"Communication was easy and fast with the owner, they have the option to leave a key in lockbox for you. This property was pretty big! The whole home sleeps at least eight people, if not more. There is an upstairs ( multiple bedrooms and 1 bath) and a downstairs, a full kitchen, sitting area, a dining area, and a little living room. "Beautiful outdoor setting at the top of the hill, with beautiful blue pool and string lights. Great views of the surrounding area and nature. The cottages are clean and well done. "When arrived it seemed that they were overbooked. Our studio was given to someone else. The replacement studio they gave us was terrible. A studio with 3 beds present. No table, no chairs, no curtains in street level bedroom, no towels, no hot water, reserved parking lot not available. No refund suggested or a gesture for the inconvenience. Bad hospitality."

"Messed up my reservation, didn't let me know. Lost a night for which I wasn't refunded although they offered to, and amenities were not at all as described in Expedia. There's no TV signal, TVs not pre-connected to wifi, no info on the password, gave me pass 3 options none worked. Pretty pics that don't live up to the actual experience. I'm never coming back."

"I made a reservation, and when the date came by, I contact them via text to receive check-in instructions, and they told me they did not had rooms for me. I ask for a refund, and they ghosted me. I highly suggest looking for other places"

"The hotel is impeccably clean and the staff is as professional as can be. Everyone very friendly. Breakfasts delightful. We bought ours as part of the package. A very hard working staff cocktails very reasonable. I did mention to several that another restaurant in the complex with a different menu would be nice. Gift shop is outrageous priced. Miyako restaurant was excellent. Uber is necessary to get around"

Art like a museum

"Wonderful as usual!! Except, I showed up one hour before check-in and the person at the reception desk made me wait the hour instead of checking to see if the room was available. It hasn't a matter of cleaning or it not being ready she was completely inflexible. I found this to be an odd way to treat a guest. First time this happened to me at this hotel. Many staff members recognized me and one person who lives in the apartments. So I l9ve the hotel and zI complied. Sge saw me sitting ther for an hr and when I checked-in it wasn't a problem for me to get my room. If I hadn't gotten up to ask I don't think she would have assisted."
