"I usually stay at the Imperial, a sister hotel closed for renovations. So, this was the next best option. It was a great stay! I was on the 7th floor, the top wheee all the single rooms are. We had our own elevator, which made getting to and from the lobby a snap. The staff was ver helpful"

"The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The full English breakfast was amazing, and the dining room has views of the River Thames. The hotel is within walking distance of Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and the Vauxhall Underground station. Would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity."

"I stayed for just one night and booked one of the small single rooms. It was perfect! It didn't feel too small. It was comfortable and quiet and warm. The hotel itself is busy and bustling and the area surrounding is quite busy and crowded, but the room felt quiet and away from it. I didn't interact with too many staff, but everyone was nice, and especially the man at the door went above and beyond to help me get a taxi which I really appreciated. It was a bit pricey, but one of the best deals for a Friday in London Christmas season."
