"We spent 10 days in HoiAn and stayed here the entire time. Great, quiet location a short 5 minute walk to the markets of old town. Comfy bed. Beautiful large pool, cool air conditioning and a beautiful breakfast made to order. Tien, Ha, An and Bao are amazing and cannot do enough to make your stay an enjoyable one. Lots of local restaurants and cafes. Great place with great people. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it."

"If you want quieter nice nights highly recommend. Owner Mrs. Moon knows everyone there. All family and gets great discounts. Covid killed her businesses growth. But i will stay with here everytime. She knows everyone and all friends and family is awesome. Next to river that floods yearly but never on this hill.
