"We spent 10 days in HoiAn and stayed here the entire time. Great, quiet location a short 5 minute walk to the markets of old town. Comfy bed. Beautiful large pool, cool air conditioning and a beautiful breakfast made to order. Tien, Ha, An and Bao are amazing and cannot do enough to make your stay an enjoyable one. Lots of local restaurants and cafes. Great place with great people. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it."

It is run down, not that well maintained, the bed sheets and bath towels smell a little of mildew. This place has potential, the foyer is great, there are some nice views of the old town from there.
