All the staff were super friendly and communication was always quick and easy with them, before and during the stay. We had casually mentioned to one of them that we were on anniversary, and our last day they sent a gift basket for us as a surprise! Would definitely stay here again. "

"It’s difficult to describe this magnificent property as it was beyond my expectations! Traveled with my two sons who are tall adults and the spacious room was immaculate and modern. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and delicious . Manuela was kind and helpful even with a language barrier. The hotel made the trip even better.. a home away from home! Well done!"

"The quality and size of the “apartments” (they’re basically houses, it’s great) is phenomenal for the price. To have a private back deck, many air conditioners, a kitchen, a nice bathroom, FOUR sets of sliding doors.. it was great. Friendly cats run the grounds, par for the course in Europe. Parking is a little tight and it’s in a quaint area of the island but those very small “negatives” are so heavily outweighed by the friendliness of staff, 24 hour pool and big clean rooms that it’s barely...

"This place was amazing! Really nicely designed compound. The views of the surrounding mountains were absolutely stunning. The breakfast was delicious. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and sauna. You could walk to the restaurants and to the grocery store. The street noise is very loud and you have to keep the windows open because it is very warm inside. "Place was just as pictured. Clean. Ideal location. Comfiest beds we had in our 5 week vacation. Staff had limited English, but decent French (and significantly better than my Portuguese), so overall no difficulties communicating with them. They were very responsive on WhatsApp and willing to help with booking excusions, willing to provide information. Very happy with our stay (except for the weather, but can’t control when storms decide to pass by). "

"Claudio our host was responsive and very helpful. Excellent customer service and location was perfect and centralized to entire part of the island. There is a free parking lot to park overnight north of the property. About .70 euro per hour if parking on street . Place was spacious with adequate amenities. Would definetly come back again. "

Beautiful hotel in beautiful gardens

"This is a beautiful hotel - like a 1930s ocean liner berthed in the most glorious gardens. Although the large thermal pool was closed for maintenance the smaller ' jacuzzi's and indoor pool made up for this. The breakfasts were really excellent with the best selection of pastries i have ever come across. We also ate in the Gardeners bar which was very nice indeed. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful"
