We arrived at 2am and the front desk reception was more than willing to hold our luggage before we were able to check in at 2pm. All staff was friendly and plenty to do within walking/scooter distance. My advice is download the Moovr app since they’re so cheap to rent and you can ride around most of the BGC area, which made it a lovely experience "
