"Second time at this property: great location and staff, very convenient check out time. Common areas good; hotel was clean. Drawbacks: main one is that the a/c vent hit directly on one of the beds; unless the a/c was turned off the person in that bed (me) froze. Also, if you are light sleeper (like my wife) the noise from the street — although muffled — was loud enough to keep her awake. Comeback— maybe about a 60-70 pct chance, but we will be considering other properties."

Here you can have that experience checked off with all your adult wishes too! The tree house was surprisingly bug free which was great. "Use this hotel 3 times already. But this time the room AC did not worked in two of the 3 rooms they gave me. I attempted to stay more than 4 hours on the 2nd one but it was unbearable. Rooms 403 & 404. Horrible. But the staff was super professional and keept moving me until found a room that worked #405 ."
