"You need to pick up keys from Burleigh Letting Co - so if coming from airport it’s an additional 30 min round trip to get back to the property. We arrived late from flight and just wanted to have a shower and go to bed. When we finally got back after collecting keys we found there was NO sheets or pillow cases on the bed. Also realised there was no towels, soap, no toilet paper. We couldn’t shower without towels and had to sleep on a scratchy mattress protector and bare pillows. After...

"Best location the view from the kitchen sink had me washing dishes all week!! Room itself maybe wasn’t quite ready when we arrived, dishes were still in the dishwasher (didn’t discover this until day 3!) and tv was on. Rooms could do with a really good vacuum my daughter had a reaction to the dustiness of her room. Other than that we loved it and would definitely wish to stay again!! "

"The apartment was clean and tidy and well kept. Overall it was a great experience however the bed was very hard and uncomfortable and didnt sleep well. The wall mount for the ensuute shower was also broken and could only use it hand held. Great views and wonderful pool and spa. "
