"Love stay as usual. Want happy about the bar area. One of the female members of staff was very rude to my wife we she wasn’t with me. The night ended it tears. It was completely uncalled for. Toilet in the room had mild around the rim made me feel a bit sick while in the bath trying to relax. Nice cub. Let down by the staff at the bar as and we’re only in there for 5 minutes getting a jug of water and ice as the room was rather warm"

"This was our second visit to Cromer Country Club and it didn’t disappoint. Friendly and helpful staff, good accommodation, walkable to the beach over sometimes tricky terrain. We used the games room (lovely sunset views!) and the pool and hot tub, all of which were very clean as was the whole resort. The sustainability aspects are wonderful and if we had realised we could have requested a compost bin for our food waste we would have done so (our fault for not reading the info leaflet properly!)"

"It was lovely. Room very nice and spacious and clean . Love the jacuzzi bath.Tea and coffee in the room were not the quality I expected. They were the basic sachets I would get at a cheap hotel.The hotel would benefit by having higher quality beverages, maybe a pod machine and nice tea. Service was excellent. Dining was really good. "Was a good stay. Was cheap pricing, which was excellent. Bed was a little bit uncomfortable, didn’t like that it had a shared bathroom and there were no cooked breakfast options, just quick ones, that’s a shame on those points. The kettle in the room didn’t look like it had been fully cleaned on the inside, and a quick wipe and sprinkle, but otherwise it was okay. Overall, it was still a decent place to stay. "
