"The place felt very safe and in a nice setting with plenty of green outside space. Rooms were very clean and spacious with nice private front terraces. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the onwer, Agnes, who arranged sightseeing trips in the area, airport transfer (15 mins) and other transport for us. There is a nice bar area where they serve great breakfast and drinks. They even stocked up on our favourite drinks on request. The only drawback for us was the location. It's...

"The staff was so nice and friendly! The breakfast had lots of variety. It is walkable to a mall and also right next to the lake with many restaurants and bars to visit. We also went for a run and saw the botanical garden and zoo close by. We will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area! "

"Got to the (awful) hotel to be told the airport shuttle wasn't available and they weren't expecting us. We showed them the confirmation of booking and payment and the phoned their boss. Apparently every internet booking the payment isn't received so if we want to stay at the hotel we would have to pay twice and claim the money back later. They openly admit they try this on all bookings. We left and stayed at the airport instead and will claim or original payment from Expedia."
