"After staying one night, I had to stay again for a couple of more nights at the end of the trip. The service and the accommodations were great. It was also close to a mall and a craft market. They also include an airport shuttle which is very convenient."

"Got to the (awful) hotel to be told the airport shuttle wasn't available and they weren't expecting us. We showed them the confirmation of booking and payment and the phoned their boss. Apparently every internet booking the payment isn't received so if we want to stay at the hotel we would have to pay twice and claim the money back later. They openly admit they try this on all bookings. We left and stayed at the airport instead and will claim or original payment from Expedia."
