However the hot-tub was out of order and there was a post in the elevator stating that room will be cleaned only for customer staying more than 3 days. Nevertheless we stayed 2 days and they made the bed but did not clean the bathroom but provided additional towels. They also let us check-in 2 hours early which was really appreciated. "
