"This is the resort to go if you want peace and quiet and far from the crowd and noise. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. The place is very clean and well-maintained, the beach is okay and not the best one but the pools are great. The breakfast buffet selection is good but they can do better. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to my other family and friends. "

"Our 11 day stay was wonderful! We checked in from beginning of Christmas week to end of New Years week. All staff from the driver that took us to the hotel ( specifically Anthony) our 3 room attendants (Kent, Ian & Nina). The three kept our room cleaned and were very quick when we needed anything from housekeeping. The bar staff at the SkyPool were also great. They did an excellent job during the New Year celebration. The waiters that were very attentive to us in the Palm Tree restaurant are worth mentioning. Just an excellent stay for us. The only problem we had was the road in and out of the hotel. We know it’s not the hotels responsibility in maintaining that private road but my goodness. Hope they fix that since we are planning to stay at Henann Palm again in the future!"

"It’s right on the beach, center of the island, with a massive variety of shops and restaurants surrounding us. Many sea activities are available, as well as places to lounge by the pool."

"The hotel staff were all very friendly and always fast service. Rooms are always cleaned and property is clean as well. Please add more garbage cans around the property so that guests won’t have to bring the trash in their rooms. We will definitely come back!"
