"The place was very clean. The bathroom linens were thick and luxurious. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to make a meal, coffee, etc. There were plenty of supplies in the kitchen, paper towels, ground coffee, powdered cream, dishwasher soap, pot holders, measuring cups, pots, pans, plates, glasses, coffee cups, etc. It was also nice to have a washing machine for clothes and laundry soap. I would definitely recommend staying here and I plan to do so in the future."

"We stayed for the Grand Prix of Long Beach and it was easy to Uber down to the race area and back.The couch could use replacing. While it’s functional it’s not very comfortable. Also, a small table lamp on the desk would have been helpful in the evenings. Staff was easy to work with and responded quickly to our questions. Overall, it was a nice stay."

"Booked 2 nights while our home had some construction, only stayed one bc we were so over it. From the beginning, you can see that the host does not put much care into the unit. The dining room chairs are worn and filthy. The “desk” chair has a huge rip in it. The shower door is broken. The bathroom sink faucet handle cover is missing and the sink also fills with water and drains so slowly. There are spiders everywhere, the lamps, in the corners, on the ceiling. "I could go on forever but basically, I paid for the the pictured beach front duplex but was forced to stay at another property that was much further from the location and advertised for 120$ less. The property was dirty and not well kept and after going back and forth with the incredibly rude staff for weeks they refused to issue a refund and kept the extra 1000$ that I paid for the original advertised location. This whole experience was a nightmare and this place and the staff are GARBAGE."
