"Bei der Ankuft war die Frau sehr bemüht uns ein anderes Zimmer zu geben. Während des Aufenthaltes waren die Mitarbeiter nicht bemüht man musste mehrmals anrufen und nachfragen, vein auschecken sehr unfreundlich und kein Verständnis. Würde ich nicht Nicht nocheinmal buchen."

"We stayed three days at zielona terrasy. The reception was five minutes away from the apartment and it was almost impossible to park there when we should check in. When we arrivet to the apartment there were no towels and bedlinen there. We had to call several times before we got an answer. Later in the evening we got a plasticbox with towels and linen and had to make the bed by ourselves. The spa is not at the appartment. Its 5 minutes away but it is nice. "Even we prefer hotel suite we chose apartment for our stay in Kolobrzeg. Spacious and clean apartment. New building. Very close to sea and city center as well. Positive surprise. Active construction work (new apartment building) around. Accommodation company did not offer us the parking lot inside building area but it was probably caused because we did not arrive in working hours of central reception and we communicated with reception remotely. We can recommend."

"The door has broken so hard to opened , my sister got alergy on her body so need to go to doctor and get medicine from leeces in the bed so discussing don’t book this place "
