"Enjoyed the personalities and professionalism of the staff. Everyone one was so accommodating and helpful. The facilities and atmosphere were very welcoming and luxurious. Loved the warm lemonade berry drink served upon checking in & out. Bence at the check in desk was helpful, courteous, polite and attentive. He definitely is a gentleman and valued asset to the Anatara New York Palace Budapest."

"The shower was broken. I told the concierge on the first day, and after 4 nights there it was still not fixed. It floods past my ankles and sprayed everywhere and the shower head kept falling. Additionally, my water bottles were not replaced daily (even after leaving a note asking the cleaning person). I had to ask multiple times for more toiletries. Very clean though and beautiful property. Just a little "grey gardens-y""

"The room was much larger than I expected with a separate living and dining area, kitchen and separate bedroom and bathroom. There was a washer/dryer in the bathroom which was mentioned when I booked the room which made traveling with fewer clothes an option for a long trip. The location is close to several metro and bus lines which made traveling to the Castle Hill and City Park areas easy. Ruin bars being nearby was also a plus."
