"This hotel has a very good/walkable location. The facility itself was fine - rooms were a bit small and dated, but clean and comfortable. The staff is hit or miss - some border dismissive but others - thanks to Gabriella, in particular - are very helpful. Important Note: we got sick and were unable to fly home as scheduled, so we needed to extend our stay. Given our condition, we simply went to the desk (twice) and they processed our request. "We stayed here for the Hungarian Grand Prix. The Hotel is in a lovely quiet street near the castle and 5 mins walk from the chain bridge. The rooms are good sized, clean and the bed was huge and so comfortable. The staff, every single member we met were exceptional, helpful and even went above and beyond to sort us out transfers to the Hungaroring daily and airport. We asked if we could have an early breakfast and they sorted it out for us. I honestly cannot find a single fault. The...

"The location was good but the hotel is very very noisy. It’s between two main roads and the windows are single glazed. We asked for a back room but they can’t if you have a child as they are smaller rooms at the back. Also the reception area smells bad, but not upstairs the smell there was fine.
