"When we arrived the check-in process was smooth. However when we arrived to the room it was far from clean. Nightstand had a coffee stain on it and floors were very dusty. "We stayed here for 11 nights and while this is far from touristy areas, it is very close to public transport and a breeze from there to get to Innere Stadt. Also conveniently located to a Westfield Shopping Centre, plenty of dining options available. Staff were very professional & friendly. Complimentary coffee & tea available at the lobby. Also good that there is a gym and a laundry-drying facilty. Overall a great stay."

"A couple of things to note: Be careful when opening the window, as the hotel is next to train tracks and can get noisy. One of my neighbors was probably smoking, and the smell came into my room, which was uncomfortable—but of course, not the hotel’s fault. Also, there’s no AC, which wasn’t an issue for me now but could be in the summer. My only suggestion would be to extend the checkout time, as it feels a bit early for tourists. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I’d definitely book here again!"
