"Turned up after check in and the room hadn’t been cleaned. Power went out within our first few hours of being there, contacted the helpline multiple times and they said they’d send out an electrician. They never did! Spent the whole trip with no way to charge phones in our room and no lights! "

"The address listed is not the address you'll be staying in. It's a big company that has a bunch of properties under vision apartments. That being said, I was not contacted in advance to send my passport information before arrival. There is no "front desk" service, but it does state that you have to send your information beforehand. Since i booked through Expedia and there was no way of contacting the company, i had to call Expedia when i was overseas to get help for this. To save all of you...

"The staff here was perfect. Helpful, responsive, and efficient. The apartment style stay was well equipped and clean. Everything was great. After spend 3 nights in multiple cities, we ended our travels with a week here. EMA represented a great Swiss establishment in a country that welcomes travelers."

"This is a small apartment. The bed was a double bed but with a twin size comforter. Kitchen equipment is locked away and can be used for 20CHF. Hair dryer was also 20 CHF. There is a bus stop right outside the building, getting around was easy. It is a 15 min walk from the Stadium which is why I chose it but I wouldn't chose it again. "

Wonderful stay

"Enjoyed my stay at the Radisson. Excellent transport links just a stones throw away. Great location - just 24 mins away to Zurich HB which is central to the city. Also only 12 mins away from the airport. Very clean throughout, staff are very friendly and the new Luigia restaurant which caters throughout the day is very good. "

Great Location, Staff, and Room

"The staff was great. I was there for business for 7 days that I booked through my company. I then booked another 2 nights through hotels.com. I didn't have to change rooms or keys. All of the billing was correct. If you sleep in late they still clean your room without having to ask. The Internet is extremely fast. The location is perfect. Download the SBB app and every major train and trolley stops at the Enge station literally across the street. My room had an induction stovetop, microwave, big refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, and all of the silverware and flatware and cups and glasses you would need. That is great but it's super because there is a grocery store and 2 convenience stores in the train station and the same building as the hotel. The breakfast was great. Fancy coffee and a large selection."
