"Staff were pleasant enough but I had a very dangerous plug socket in my room which sparked on plugging in the TV/gave my son a minor shock so we advised them. The Manager was horrified it had not been previously reported but nevertheless proceeded to risk an electric shock himself. Also the sheets smelt of dirty hair. The area is green and there was little going on when I stayed but it was a Sunday. It is necessary to travel to the centre and not that easy to park."

"Place was fine. We didn’t see laundry which was listed as an amenity but also we didn’t ask about it so maybe it was just not in the unit! Easy to the tram and city center. Not that stoked over the mystery stain that was on the mattress topper… we pulled the comforter down and the topper flipped up a bit at the same time and we saw it. At least it was not enough mystery fluid to be a fatality. Would stay again sans topper issue! "
