"Great hotel although looks a bit tired. Cleaning service can be improved. One day the cleaner did not pass at all and the next day the room was cleaned late in the afternoon. Breakfast area lacks character - we did not opt for breakfast as so many options in the area."

"Excellent location close to train station and public transportation (tram and buses). Close to lots of restaurants and main shopping venues. Room was reasonable size but bathroom could be updated. The temperature in the room and floors is too high and even with AC, could not reach an « acceptable » temperature. There is a gym with limited equipment (and again very hot). Excellent breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. "

"A great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable, The ‘lounge’ was a great asset whether as a place to work during the day or for a few drinks/dinner in the evening. The breakfast was also well worth the additional cost"

"This stay was just exquisite and very luxurious. I did spend a little more on this hotel because it was my birthday and they definitely offered value for money beyond my expectations. Firstly all the staff greeted us pleasantly and with a smile any time of day or night.
