"The room was super comfortable and well designed for the limited space available - also quiet, so we slept great. The only elevator broke down while we were there, and we had to climb 4 flights of stairs a few times to reach our 5th floor room. (We saw others who had to carry very heavy luggage down the stairs). The surrounding area feels quite safe but is a bit dark and dingy. The hotel no longer offers parking, and the nearby options are sketchy, so we don’t recommend it if you’re driving...

"The hospitality alone was amazing! Everyone was so nice and genuine. Front desk was helpful and never made me feel rushed. Only stayed for a night but I definitely plan on staying here next NYC visit. "
