"We traveled to Brooklyn for a family medical emergency. The reception staff was wonderful throughout our stay. Ms Jewel and Mr Pranav were very helpful and accommodating. They honored our free upgrade and that made all the difference for our comfort over 12 nights. The rooms are not what I consider to be fancy but the L’Occitane de Provence bath items and the bath robes made it feel kind of luxurious. Recommend a larger mini-fridge where we can actually store our items for reheating, etc. ...
