"Clean room. Pleasantly surprised with adequate water pressure for showing (have experienced to many hotels that seem to have difficulty keeping water flowing). Staff was confused with our online booking but got resolved at last minute of our 3-day stay. Restaurant food was as expected but server could have done better. "Upon arrival rooms were not ready : the booking through Hotels.com had not been considered. Once in our rooms we had to request for towels and soap. The check-out was amazing and lasted almost 45 minutes : first the staff tried to cheat us by doubling the rates, which we solved by showing the Hotels.com booking. "I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We had 4 rooms and the remote for A/C was either missing, had no batteries, or it didn’t work, as well as the fans. The toilet handles were broken so had to lift lid and stick hand in tank to pull lever in order to flush. Two of the rooms had no sink, just toilet and shower so had to wash hands and brush teeth in the shower. There is no WiFi or breakfast as advertised.
