"Upon arrival rooms were not ready : the booking through Hotels.com had not been considered. Once in our rooms we had to request for towels and soap. The check-out was amazing and lasted almost 45 minutes : first the staff tried to cheat us by doubling the rates, which we solved by showing the Hotels.com booking.
