The apartment was clean and functional and the location is handy for Clifton. The pre-registration process seemed to include unnecessary information but was relatively straightforward. The room had a funny smell, like mothballs, which was quite over powering, we assumed it was to cover a less pleasant smell. Keeping the windows open helped but then made it cold, of course. However, overall, the apartment met our needs, was clean and had sufficient space. It was really just the smell that has dropped it a star.

Easy access and clean throughout. Large studio with all you need for a night away. Clifton Village right on your doorstop. Although parking underneath the apartments, this is for only 6 cars so we were unable to get a space. It would be difficult to get a space on a weekend I would imagine. Parking available in the neighbouring streets where available.

Really close to Clifton Suspension Bridge and the Downs. Central to Clifton shops, walkable to Bristol centre although quite far. Not great for parking. Quite noisy at night with windows open and no air con. Not that clean in the apartment (floor very grubby judging by state of socks).

Perfect for a couple of days stay in the area. All the amenities you would expect to be able to cook for yourself and a tesco just 2 minutes walk away. Very close to Bristol city centre with good bus connections.

Do not stay here I stay in hotels houses & apartments all over the uk with work and this has to be one of the worst for rip of The area is very dangerous although it is ment to be nice times have changed and it’s not safe at all & we are fit construction workers The apartments let to anyone and there also rats hanging about If you try to change booking thy charge you full amount regardless We didn’t get the key codes till late at night and we had to keep calling them for it Even though booked and deposit paid & authorised Forget about parking if you can park you will be boxed in of have no wheels Left Apartment is put together on a very cheap budget and all they care about is making money We had no running water in the toilet when we turned up and did not get fixed for 2 days even though there is ment to be maintenance on site The whole place smells terrible as well Hotels .com will be taking this off there site

Lovely apartment in Clifton
The apartment itself was really lovely, well equipped and pretty clean. The TV had an abundance of channels to choose from which was great for the kids. The location is awesome! I had some issues with receiving our access code and was given slightly wrong info regarding car-parking. Overall, we had a great stay and issues were resolved fairly quickly.

This was a terrible experience. We waited over an hour and a half to get access to the property with two children late in the evening. The beds weren’t made. The property was dirty, very very dusty. It was appalling. I will never go back.

Generally we had a good stay. The main dissapointment is that the accomodation is advertised as a 1 bedroom flat, the pictures also elude to this. The flat is a small studio flat, to be clear the bed is in the same room as the sofa and kitchen. The lovely bathroom they have in the pictures turned out to be a disabled wet room.

Although the building is in an amazing location, the apartment itself it is a lot smaller than pictured. Was all I needed which was great, but, the walls were dirty and chewing gum on the window seal. Also did got two single beds put together instead of an king size. I was constantly falling in between the mattresses. Apart from that it was a nice experience and the staff were very helpful.

The apartment it self was ok. Apart from that there was only one bath towel, despite the booking for 2 people. There was no instructions on where to park. The telephone number goes to answering machine, 24hrs after checking out ive still had no one call me back. The messaging sevice says someone will reply within 24hrs. Thats great, if you book for a week, but not if you stay for 1 night. This whole experience ruined what was supposed to be an enjoyabe stay in Bristol with friends.

Apartment was much smaller than expected. Once I arrived it was not very clean - dusty and zero attention to detail. Paint work is scuffed and could do with attention. Wouldn’t recommend or rebook. The car parking isn’t guaranteed and spaces are tiny.
