The overall experience was excellent. The customer service was amazing and the staff were wonderful. My only issue is the children -at the pool could get a bit unruly. I am all about family, but some of the kids were splashing and kicking quite a bit, with no parental intervention. My partner and I ordered champagne bottle service and meals at our bedside lounge chairs and I’d rather not have pool water splashed or kicked into them.

Great location. Rooms somewhat stark and minimalist. See thru wardrobe which is in your face 24x7. Terrace is built up with a vegetation screen which leaves a view of a wall only but private.

Have stayed here previously and always love coming back. This time I came with my partner and it was such a great experience. The staff were kind and friendly and accomodating to us during busy pool hours. The only thing I would mention would be that there is no fans in the bathrooms which makes the room very steamy! Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Beautiful hotel & great service but honestly overpriced for what it is, a hotel in the city without views, beach or something special to make it worthy of the pricing. Dont get me wrong I’m happy to pay for the X factor but this one doesn’t have it except for the image. Overall a relaxing stay in a well appointed room with a pool to enjoy and lovely staff.

I absolutely loved staying at the calile hotel. Beautiful aesthetic and staff were very welcoming and helpful. Within walking distance of some of the best restaurants in Brisbane. Will definitely be back.

Hotel and pool was nice, restaurant service was terrible. Went for breakfast only to be told they could squeeze us inside when almost every outdoor table available. Arrogant, pretentious and rude, we checked out early and found breakfast elsewhere which ruined an otherwise nice stay.
