Staff were amazing so friendly and helpful, locations was awesome so close to everything. Apartment was nice and clean Unfortunately we had an issue with the aircon it was freezing and adjusting it warmer only made the room colder. The noise was excessive too I understand its in the heart of the Valley but I have stayed in other noisy party districts before and have never had this sort of noise we were on the 19th floor and could hear peoples conversations on the street that was with everything closed

I’ve been staying at Kooii for the last month and the staff have been incredibly helpful and friendly. Whenever I’ve had difficult travel arrangements they have worked hard to accommodate my needs! The rooms are clean, very well kept, comfortable and well equipped. Best place I’ve stayed in a long time!

Two main issues with the property are 1. Not a single usb port in sight, I’ve never seen a hotel/stay without one. The lifts were also incredibly slow and took over 10 mins just to get out of the building.

perfect stay, had an event at The Brightside and it was not even a 4 minute walk from the apartment. Reception was lovely and helpful, room was in immaculate condition, 22nd floor was beautiful

We loved the room except for double beds ,we are grown men.The staff were excellent the manager was exceptional and very so helpful and understanding. The stay for four days was great and enjoyable. We recommend to everyone about the kooii apartments. The manager went above and beyond his duty. We would recommend staying again.Thank you for the stay.
