Pleasant people, room needed some attention

Lady at the front desk was wonderful. The room itself was nice, during a shower the tub didnt drain properly, toilet would flush but not drain and water would come out of toilet base, saw a roach and the floor around the sink area needed vacuumed.

Fine for 1 night

Nice place for a quick overnight...Clean and comfortable. One thing we did notice was we had the usual card entry for the door but no deadbolt to lock from the inside and the chain was removed. As 2 single women traveling for a shopping trip it was concerning that we couldn't double lock the door once we were in for the night. Also only 2 thin pillows on each bed but it was ok for one night. It was CLEAN which was most important the rest was cosmetic...

This place looked nothing like the pictures posted. It was filthy and stinky! We did not stay and did not get a refund! I wouldn't recommend anyone staying here.

Nice Place to Lie Down

Kathy and Sylvia were super nice. The rooms may need a little more updating. This is an older hotel, and the rooms had been painted over several times. The entry door and bathroom doors were difficult to open and close. Mattresses were fairly new. Small ice machine is in the lobby. Along with morning coffee. Refrigerator in the foom, although no coffee or hair dryers in the room. Currently, the hotel offers basic Dish channels. We did not use the wifi so, i cannot comment on that. Fairly quiet area on the strip. Soap, toilet paper and clean towels are provided.

People next door had TV up loud, on the phone talking loud, doors slamming, Finally turned TV off and quit talking on the phone around 3:30 that morning. People down the hall was arguing and fighting. The next morning when I checked out, I asked what happened last night, she stated that someone was trying to tear up a room, she even had a fight in her room. I informed them room 301 was even louder, TV up loud, door slamming and talking on the phone loud most of night. All she could say was must been a full moon. We should have got a full refund. We will not be staying there ever again. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

It served the purpose during the storm. However the owner didn’t know his own WiFi password. One of our rooms we rented the door didn’t lock. At midnight I had to open my door and holler at the employee who lives there to please tell her child to stop running. Again at MIDNIGHT. and I had listened to it for two hours. At least. Unprofessional staff as well.

Disgusting

Did not end up staying here bc the room was disgusting! There was pubic hair in the grungy shower. A half tore apart microwave under the counter with wires every where. The floors were gross. The blinds were broken you could see through the gap in the door outside the tv didn’t work. There was something gross down the dresser dried drips. It was absolutely disgusting
