Beautiful, stylish hotel with fantastic amenities. The sea view rooms really are the best. Parking is valet and costs £27 per night on top of rooms charges. The spa is very high quality. Indoor pool and sauna was excellent. The outdoor pool was a real treat for a winter swim - it’s heated to around 28 degrees. The hotel is located around 10 mins walk out of town, but the beach is a short, downhill walk. Be sure to check out the cocktails at the Ocean Drive bar, but watch out for the £3.50 service charge when getting one drink.

Loved The Nici!
Absolutely loved our 3 night stay at The Nici. Staff are wonderful, food and drinks super tasty and we would definitely return. The icing on the cake for us was how dog friendly the hotel is. We watched the hotel Christmas decorations going up yesterday so it looks even more magnificent - tempted to make another trip leading up to the festive celebrations. Great hotel!

Disappointed with the welcome at Reception. When booking the stay it wasn’t mentioned a £100 deposit needs to be put down which I’ve now noticed has been put through twice on my card. Children have limited access to the pool (9am-10am) & can’t use it after 5pm. The air conditioning unit broke in the middle of the night which made the room uncomfortably warm. I was really looking forward to staying here but ended up feeling like I wasted my money.

We had a brilliant weekend stay at The Nici. this really is a first class hotel. The rooms are a good size, beds huge and comfy, staff very efficient and friendly. Great location for the BIC and town centre. the outdoor pool is luxurious and warm. The new restaurant is fun and lively on a Saturday night. No complaints at all. Well worth the money and will be returning.

Pros: the place is very clean, bed was comfy, staff were friendly. Mid: food wasn't great, facilities were a little dated, room was a tad basic, drink selection wasn't great. The air dryers in the loos were almost unusable. Poor: the spa Jacuzzi was broken, the sauna didn't work one day, there were kids in the spa Sunday morning before time. Also for some reason the distance between the tap and the sink in the bathroom was too low and it shouldn't be that much of a bother but it annoyed me every time. Not the 5 star experience I was expecting.

Enjoyed Our Stay At Nici, Everything Was Lovley, But…Customer Service Wasn’t Great, A lot Of Hidden Charges, Which's Wasn’t Stated On The Hotels.com Website, Communication Was Not The Greatest Half The Time Didn’t Reply To Messages. When You Rang Up They Say Something Completely Different To In Their Messages When They Did Reply, Had A Load Of Can’t Dos. When We Got To The Hotel They Told Us That Our Son Couldn’t Use The Indoor Swimming Pool Only For 1 Hour A Day. We Booked This Hotel Specifically For The Pool For Him Ridiculous. went Down To Get Drinks And Was Charged £5! For A Bottle Of Water As There Was No Waters In The Room. Wanted To Charge Us £15 Quid For A Quilt For Our Son To Sleep On The Sofa With As They Said The Room Catered For 3 And Actually Didn’t. Views Where Lovely, Hotel Room Was Clean, Didn’t Like That There Was Just Random People Not From The Hotel Using The Facilities Specially When You Pay £500 For A Room A Night For it. They Said They Would Take The Parking Out Of The 100 Deposit Which They Didn’t They Charged It Straight To My Card. Currently Day 3 Of Waiting For My Deposit To Be Reimburse. Other Guests Where Claiming Sun Beds By Putting Towels On Them Even Though They Wasn’t Using Them, Members Of Staff Was Telling Us To Get Off Their Sun Beds, Even Though Another Guest Said They Hadn’t Been Used All Day. So We Had To Sit On The Floor With Our Towels. Overall Prices For Drinks Was Ridiculously Priced, We Orders A Candy Floss Drink At £16!
