The room was clean lots of room. Check in was easy. Breakfast 7am-10am. was delayed the first day I was there so we decided to go somewhere else.it was 40 minutes from Salem not a problem. We enjoyed our stay .

We enjoyed our stay. It was very quiet. Complimentary breakfast included. We Only complaint is that a few things were out of order. It was difficult to grab the detergent soap from the soap dispenser. You have to stick your hand in there. Other than that, our stay was good.

Easy to get to from Boston airport. Close enough to visit Salem and also take day trips to NH & VT. Comfy beds

The location was great and central for the places we wanted to visit(Salem and Boston)! The bed was comfy enough for us to have a good rest. Downside: The cleanliness was not so great, the haidryer didn't work and the room didn't provide shampoo or showergel.

An ok place. Fairly clean, but a bit run down. Close enough to what you want, if you drive. Biggest letdown is one elevator that is REALLY slow, and over used for number of guests. That, and breakfast - WAY too cramped space for number of guests expected to use, no room to move, prep or eat. Food was not good. Runny watery eggs, runny yogurt, only one waffle iron so forget getting a turn on that, area so cramped people were taking food to lobby to eat. No fresh fruit. All in all, a disappointing 'breakfast included'.

My short stay was great. My only complaint which isn't something that can easily be fixed is that the road noise is non-stop and loud enough to be heard over the loudest fan setting of the hvac unit. I woke up many times throughout the night. Otherwise, great!

Very good value hotel, however right next to highway so heard highway throughout the night. Wallpaper pealing away from wall. Biggest item is not serving brewed coffee in the morning, machine coffee, really? But again, good value hotel.
