"Upon checkin they told us they forgot to block the room we had booked and that the room was already taken. They proceeded to drop us at another hotel which seemed awful compared with the one we had paid for. I asked for shampoo and conditioner which were inherently available at the original hotel I had booked and this idiot of a guy got cheap soap bars delivered to my and my dad’s rooms!!! The bedsheets weren’t changed at all during the 4 days I stayed there and the staff gave my dad a hard time...

"I have stayed a number of times, mainly for the relatively short distance to the airport but also the nice Juhu Beach. The rooms are well fitted out, although the lighting is complicated! The only issue was that my room was on the main road and a little noisey from the traffic. Other rooms are better. The staff are very welcoming and the food very good indeed."
