Mi esposa y 2 amigos arrived on thurs evening expecting the booking I had made for 2 bedrooms. These were paid for through hotels.com to the value of euro78. My party was charged again . This is unacceptable behaviour from hoteliers of which I was one my working life. Anthony fothergill.

Stupeur en déposant mes bagages dans ma chambre - à l’étage des africains torse nu s’empoignaient en hurlant - apeurée je suis allée à l’accueil - on m’a rassurée et expliqué que c’était des travailleurs - on se moque de moi - j’étais prête à me sauver - nuit calme dans l’établissement
