"We had to ask for the side table to be wiped at checkin. The king bed was two twin mattresses put together on a queen size frame so the one mattress was hanging over about a foot with no support. We booked at this hotel knowing the sister hotel had the pool, we didn’t know that you have to rent towels at the pool. "Excellent location, room is big enough, bed is really comfortable, breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I've had in Italy, my only issue was with the air conditioner that wouldn't turn on at first, then someone from the lobby helped me get it running but after about 1-2 hours it went back to not working, left the window open (thankfully the temperature was good outside) but then the noise grows exponentially which makes it a bit difficult to fall asleep."
