"Clean and spacious room, good breakfast spread, friendly staff at the hotel. The only issue was misleading sales tactic on hotels.com part which has nothing to do with the hotel. I was given to understand that there will be breakfast for 2, but somehow hotels.com only provided breakfast for 1. Tried to resolve this with hotels.com, only to be met with extremely rude service agents. "

"Nice for hanging out and walking around for shopping and visiting museums. Not far from Beijing capital international airport. Very convenient for travel to different locations. Nearby subway stations. Only thing is room not that big but still good for two people have good time there. Good breakfast. West food and local style. "

"Hotel is very conveniently located,in the center of Beijing and right outside a subway station. The staff speak english well enough and is mostly competent. However, there was quite a long queue for check-in every afternoon. Room was confortable and clean, but like the rest of the hotel, it is kind of outdated. Spa and sauna facilities were closed (but were still advertised on the hotel reservation page). Hotel staff refused to do any commercial gesture and barely apologized, saying that I just...

"Loved this stay! From start to finish, every one of the staff was so helpful. I speak zero Mandarin, so I needed lots of help and this staff delivered. When I was getting help with transportation to the airport, it was pointed out I had the wrong time and missed my flight. Bummer, but the staff at concierge (Elvis was his name) actually got on the phone with the airlines and was able to rebook the following day and got my original room rebooked while he was on that call. 5 ⭐️s are not enough for this awesome location and incredible staff. "
