"Loved this stay! From start to finish, every one of the staff was so helpful. I speak zero Mandarin, so I needed lots of help and this staff delivered. When I was getting help with transportation to the airport, it was pointed out I had the wrong time and missed my flight. Bummer, but the staff at concierge (Elvis was his name) actually got on the phone with the airlines and was able to rebook the following day and got my original room rebooked while he was on that call. 5 ⭐️s are not enough for this awesome location and incredible staff. "

We love our room with vintage tub and separate shower. Regent hotel has a distance to the shopping mall so we don’t have to worry about getting around "
